margin: 0px; text-align: left;\">\n<p>Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions particuli\u00e8res ont pour objet de d\u00e9terminer les modalit\u00e9s de mise \u00e0 disposition par VALUE IT au CLIENT des Services de Tiers.<\/p>\n<p>Les Services de Tiers sont d\u00e9crits dans la Propositions commerciale et technique.<\/p>\n<p>Le CLIENT reconnait express\u00e9ment savoir et accepter que les Services de Tiers sont des services standards qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre a\u0300 des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques et que, par cons\u00e9quent, aucune garantie ni responsabilit\u00e9\u0301 ne sont engag\u00e9es notamment pour l\u2019aptitude des Services de Tiers a\u0300 atteindre les objectifs du CLIENT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"sp-hbf5yn\" data-mobile-css=\".sp-headline-block-hbf5yn, #sp-hbf5yn, #hbf5yn|text-align:center;\" data-mobile-visibility=\".sp-headline-block-hbf5yn|false\" data-desktop-visibility=\".sp-headline-block-hbf5yn|false\" class=\"sp-css-target sp-el-block sp-headline-block-hbf5yn sp-type-header\" style=\"text-align: left; margin: 0px; text-align: left;\">\n<p>Dans le cadre des pr\u00e9sentes et en d\u00e9rogation avec l\u2019article 4 des Conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales \u00ab&nbsp;Documents Contractuels&nbsp;\u00bb, le CLIENT reconna\u00eet et accepte que les Services de Tiers seront int\u00e9gralement r\u00e9gis, par ordre de priorit\u00e9 d\u00e9croissant,&nbsp;par les Documents Contractuels suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les conditions juridiques applicables aux Services de Tiers lesquelles sont disponibles via les liens web figurants dans la Proposition commerciale et technique.<\/li>\n<li>Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions particuli\u00e8res,<\/li>\n<li>Les Conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le CLIENT s\u2019engage et garantit \u00e0 VALUE IT qu\u2019il se conformera et respectera strictement ses engagements et obligations au titre des Documents Contractuels.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de contradiction, le document de rang sup\u00e9rieur pr\u00e9vaudra pour l\u2019obligation en cause.<\/p>\n<p><em>Les modifications des Services de Tiers et cas d\u2019urgence (tels que risque de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou mise en conformit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale ou r\u00e9glementaire) peuvent entrainer des modifications imm\u00e9diates.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En cas d\u2019\u00e9volution d\u00e9gradant un service de tiers en cours d\u2019utilisation (retrait de fonctionnalit\u00e9, diminution de performance, etc.), le client peut r\u00e9silier ledit service de tiers par courrier recommand\u00e9 avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception dans un d\u00e9lai de trente (30) jours \u00e0 compter de la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019\u00e9volution.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"sp-u4194k\" data-mobile-css=\".sp-headline-block-u4194k, #sp-u4194k, #u4194k|text-align:center;\" data-mobile-visibility=\".sp-headline-block-u4194k|false\" data-desktop-visibility=\".sp-headline-block-u4194k|false\" class=\"sp-css-target sp-el-block sp-headline-block-u4194k sp-type-header\" style=\"text-align: left;
