Le CLIENT a \u00e9valu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise ses propres besoins et s\u2019est assur\u00e9 que les Formations propos\u00e9es par VALUE IT \u00e9taient en ad\u00e9quation avec ses besoins. Le paiement de la formation s\u2019effectuera alors selon les modalit\u00e9s suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>soit l\u2019\u00e9tablissement accepte de financer les Formations, et effectuera le paiement directement aupr\u00e8s de VALUE IT, sans passer par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire du CLIENT, ou ;<\/p>\n<p>soit l\u2019\u00e9tablissement accepte de financer les Formations, et effectuera le paiement aupr\u00e8s du CLIENT. Dans cette hypoth\u00e8se, le CLIENT devra effectuer le paiement des Formations aupr\u00e8s de VALUE IT selon les modalit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es dans la Proposition commerciale et technique, ou ;<\/p>\n<p>soit l\u2019\u00e9tablissement refuse de financer les Formations. margin: 0px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #19b1e7;\">5.2<\/span> \u00c0 l\u2019initiative de VALUE IT<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div id=\"sp-kjx25q\" data-mobile-css=\".sp-text-wrapper-kjx25q, #sp-kjx25q, #kjx25q|text-align:left;\" data-mobile-visibility=\".sp-text-wrapper-kjx25q|false\" data-desktop-visibility=\".sp-text-wrapper-kjx25q|false\" class=\"sp-css-target sp-text-wrapper sp-el-block sp-text-block-style sp-text-wrapper-kjx25q\" style=\"font-size: 11px; margin: 0px; text-align: left;\">\n<p>En cas d\u2019absence du formateur intervenant, VALUE IT s\u2019engage \u00e0 faire ses meilleurs efforts afin d\u2019assurer dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais, la continuit\u00e9 de la Formation en rempla\u00e7ant le formateur absent par un autre formateur aux comp\u00e9tences techniques et qualifications \u00e9quivalentes.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas o\u00f9 VALUE IT ne parvient pas \u00e0 assurer la poursuite de la Formation, il s\u2019engage \u00e0 faire ses meilleurs efforts afin de reporter ladite Formation dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.<\/p>\n<p>VALUE IT se r\u00e9serve le droit, notamment en cas de participants insuffisants, et sans que sa responsabilit\u00e9 ne soit engag\u00e9e, de supprimer d\u2019annuler et\/ou de reporter une session de Formation, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dix (10) jours calendaires avant la date de la Formation sans que sa responsabilit\u00e9 ne soit engag\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette hypoth\u00e8se, VALUE IT proc\u00e8dera seulement au remboursement des droits d\u2019inscription d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9gl\u00e9s par le CLIENT \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion de tout autre co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>VALUE IT se r\u00e9serve le droit, sans que sa responsabilit\u00e9 ne soit engag\u00e9e, de supprimer d\u2019annuler et\/ou de reporter une Formation dans un d\u00e9lai inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 dix (10) jours calendaires, VALUE IT s\u2019engage, au choix du Client&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0 \u00e9mettre un avoir au CLIENT, ou<\/p>\n<p>\u00e0 proc\u00e9der au remboursement int\u00e9gral de la somme vers\u00e9e par le CLIENT, \u00e0 l\u2019exclusion de tout autre co\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"sp-vkvs1v\" data-mobile-css=\".sp-headline-block-vkvs1v, #sp-vkvs1v, #vkvs1v|text-align:center;\" data-mobile-visibility=\".sp-headline-block-vkvs1v|false\" data-desktop-visibility=\".sp-headline-block-vkvs1v|false\" class=\"sp-css-target sp-el-block sp-headline-block-vkvs1v sp-type-header\" style=\"text-align: left;
